Our next cleanup will be on November 25th, 9:30 am to noon at Richard B. Harrison Park, We will meet at the end of South Street (where it intersects with the bike path).
To celebrate the end of our 12th season, we will have coffee and snacks on hand.
Also, staff from the Upper Thames Conservation Authority will be on hand to show us some of the aquatic species (fish, fresh-water mussels, and insects) that live in the river. This will be an informal information session; aquatic biologist Erin Carroll will chat with volunteers about the diversity of river species that our clean-up efforts help to protect.
See you at the river!
